Watch the Scale !!

Don’t eat the desert. It is important to watch your weight and your BMI. If your BMI hits a certain trigger point it could cause you to develop sleep apnea.

 

Do you snore during sleep, if so you may want to consider sleep studies. Do you suffer from daytime sleepiness? If you have any of these symptoms please feel free to call our office and we will guide you through the appropriate steps to deal with sleep apnea and report this to the FAA.
